Issue turned out to be located with an external provider causing delays on SMS traffic. This incident has been resolved.

Update
In our investigation we have not been able to identify any specific root cause in Scalepoint systems. Suspecioun is on 3rd party services may be affecting delivery.

We have reached out to external serivice provider for SMS service asking for more infomation whilst we continue to monitoring the situation.

Status currently:
All SMS text are being sent from systemet but some users may experience delays in receiving the text message.

It seems there are delays in our SMS service. Text messages are being delivered to phones, yet there may be a slight delay in delivery.

We continue to investigate and monitor situation.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing issues with SMS delivery.

What does this mean?
End-users are unable to gain access toany Scalepoint system replying on control code by SMS. This means access to Shop and CORE & HUB My Claim.
Users needing immediate access to Shop, can call Scalepoint Support and be given a passcode manually by email.
Users needing access to My Claim will be unable to gain access.

The issue is being investigated with the highest priority, and we will provide an update as soon as we have additional information to provide or the issue has been resolved.
