We are changing the URL for our test environment on EasyClaims and ClaimShop on May 11.

The test environment will be unavailable from May 7 to May 11.

From May 12, you will have to use the following URL's to access the test environment:

EasyClaims:
sandbox.scalepoint.com/ecx/#nameOfCustomer

ClaimShop:
DK: sandbox.scalepoint.com/eccAdmin/dk

DE: sandbox.scalepoint.com/eccAdmin/de

CH: sandbox.scalepoint.com/eccAdmin/ch

NO: sandbox.scalepoint.com/eccAdmin/no


All other functionalities on the environment will remain the same but remember to use the new URL, when you want to access our test environment.

This scheduled maintenance affected: HUB - Property (All (Entire system affected), AI Cost Control, Mobile App), HUB - Health (All (Entire system affected), AI Cost Control), ClaimShop (AI Cost Control, Loss Registration, Repair & Valuation, Settlement), and Sandbox.
